💡 Luggage Tag Tips
No home addressNever write your home address - it tells anyone who sees the bag that your home is empty. Phone and email are enough.
International formatWrite your mobile with the country code (e.g. +972) so a finder abroad can call you directly.
Protect itPut the tag in a clear holder or laminate it, so the code stays readable after the baggage belt.
A copy inside tooPut another copy inside the bag. If the outside tag is torn off, the owner can still be identified.
Test before you flyScan the printed tag with your phone and make sure all the details come through correctly.
A second numberAdd the phone of a family member who is not traveling with you - someone can answer even while you are in the air.
